Landscaping Modification Request
In accordance with the Covenants & Restrictions for the Providence Point Subdivision, the Homeowner hereby requests approval by the Homeowners Association, Inc. to make changes to the yard area. In accordance with the C&R’s, the Homeowner acknowledges that he/she is responsible for the cost of constructing, maintaining, repairing the improvements resulting from such landscape modification.
Exterior & Architectural Modification Request
In accordance with the Covenants & Restrictions for Providence Point, the undersigned Homeowner hereby requests approval by Providence Point Homeowner’s Association, Inc. (“Association”) for an exterior modification to the exterior of the home.
